Constant small heals to the entire group and healing mark to provide a way for dps to heal themselves. It won’t save the main tank, but it will provide a rather large amount of heals to your entire fellowship. Enough to be a solo healer in specific scenarios and instances while the other spots can now be used for 2 dps.
When a blue captain fits well, it fits like a glove that no other group setup can beat.
Stat Priority
For stats you’ll focus on Critical Rating -> Outgoing Healing -> Tact/Phys Mitigations -> Vitality
These priorities are based on value and being a healer. Depending on the instance, group composition and tier, a heavier emphasis on mitigation and morale is warranted.
