Burglar- Leveling

The dream of stealthing through an enemy camp to kill the boss doesn’t come up often. With how lotro questing is build, you need plenty of normal mobs anyways. As such red is clearly the easiest and quickest leveler. But blue gives a nice second option. Yellow not so sure.

Burglar traitlines have gotten a small update since these traitlines were made. They mostly remain valid except the aoe or ST traitpoint in red.
