What healing and group buffs are in blue. The red mini is all about blasting aoe and cry the enemy to death very fast. Providing using anthems and ballads to boost your damage for longer fights. Excellent on the move and a lot of burst damage.
In the beginning levels their damage takes a while to get up relying a lot on the gear you’ve equipped being lacking upto 30. After this the red mini is a force. A hard to control force making it a bit of a hazard around mobs you can’t aoe (instance, raid or crowd controlled mobs).

For stats you’ll focus on Critical Rating -> Tactical Mastery -> (Enough)Finesse -> Tact/Phys Mitigations -> Vitality
