Minstrel
Minstrel leveling guide outline provided with a detailed plan. Currently there is no reason to play a blue minstrel while leveling with it’s focus purely on healing. A grouped leveling build might be worth it after level 75 when you can start adding in red traits while mainly blue.
For leveling you’ll want to go red and pick up damage focussed trait in yellow.
Blue

Red
Early on you will mostly damage with ballads. The large aoe hitters will come in around level 25. Most mobs will die very quickly, but you’ll be a little squishier then for example a hunter if they do get to stun you. A mobile warwagon with an excellent speaker setup.

call of orome (1) – new aoe skill, nice starter for the -mits
discordant cries (5) – 25% cry and call damage
critical strikes (5) – 5% crit and crit multiplier
song of arda (1-5) – 5-25% light damage
anthem of war (1)- crit change and tact damage
song of arda (1-5) fill it up if you haven’t already- 5-25% light damage
improved call of orome (2)- more targets and 25% more CoO damage
cacophonous echoes (3) – 60% echoes of battle damage-> can be skipped during
cry of the wizards (1) – new skill
fierce cries (1) – 20% cry and call crit multiplier
echoes (1) – application of dot
after this you can go into yellow for anthem of composure (1) – anthem of mits
memories of battle (4-5) – buffs echoes and melody of battle
thunderous codas (5) – buffs coda

of all trades (5)- 15% tact damage
tactical mastery (6) – bit of mastery and 5% tact mits

invigourating anthem (1-5) – anthem cd
extended anthems (5) – +25 anthem duration
perfect performance (3) – extra buffs on balads
Finished off with personal preferences like Piercing cry and some extra crit with Songs of Woe.
